OUR STUDIO is situated on two acres directly above the Tennessee river. This idyllic setting is known as "the old doctor Blake estate” for its namesake who practiced medicine in the area for more than 50 years.
The estate and grounds have been lovingly restored to their former glory by our team. Today our guests can wander in peaceful english style gardens and find quiet respite, or pick muscadines in our vineyard. They can check on the veggies in our garden or pick fresh herbs for the evening meal. When you come, Ivy Manor calls to you and says, “slow down. breathe, find your center.”
AN OASIS
When it’s time for the team to work (or play) together, there are many indoor and outdoor common areas where guests can gather together. Take a stroll in the gardens or play some ping pong on our competition tables. Start the day with yoga on our platforms, Gather around the fire pit at night. The choice is all yours.
COMMON SPACES
Personal space and privacy are important too - especially when working for weeks at a time on a record. Each of our guest rooms is fitted with everything needed for relaxation AND quality private time. Close the door and let everything drift away. Take a soak in the tub. Stretch out on the chaise. Get away from the noise and the hustle and reset. Whatever you need, Ivy Manor is the place where it can be found.

Our guests enjoy around the clock personalized service and this is certainly the case when it comes to food and beverage. What’s your favorite beer? It will be here on ice when you arrive. What would you like for breakfast? No problem. Need to feed an army? We got you.
Whatever your likes and dislikes are, they will be catered to while you are our guest - From housekeeping, to security, to transportation, to movies and entertainment services in your room. from errands and laundry to personal training or whatever else you desire, every detail will be attended to. We will handle everything else so all you have to do is concentrate on making the best music of your life.
